The hotel is in a very nice location, right near Florida Street, which is great for tourists. The rooms were well overdue for a makeover but overall clean and comfortable. The service was very polite and receptive, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was disappointing with a very limited menu, and sometimes messy due to other groups. The hotel offers good facilities; however, the rooms were very small and dark.
